The Contraloría Ciudadana Autónoma del Agua (Autonomous Citizen Water Audit) is a citizen initiative that aims to strengthen community participation in the management and defense of our water resources, promoting transparency, equitable access to water and sustainability in its management.
Objectives of the Working Group include:

Diagnosing the current situation of water concessions in Guanajuato.

Generating proposals to improve community water management.

Mobilizing communities to demand transparency and accountability.

Coordinating actions with authorities sensitive to the issue and other relevant actors.
